How it works

We review your requirements. A senior consultant will assess your needs, clarify any open questions, and confirm the scope with you directly by email.
Receive your proposal. Within two to three business days you will receive a written proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline and a transparent, itemised fee.
Decide in your own time. There is no obligation to proceed. If anything in the proposal is unclear, we will happily walk you through it before you commit.

Common questions about quotes

Is the quote obligation-free?: Yes. Every quote we issue is completely obligation-free. You are welcome to take the time you need to review it, compare it with alternatives, or ask follow-up questions before deciding anything.
How long does it take to receive a quote?: For most engagements we provide a written proposal within two to three business days of receiving a complete brief. More complex or multi-stage projects may take slightly longer, and we will let you know if that is the case.
Do you charge for preparing a quote?: No. Preparing an initial quote and proposal is free of charge. We only begin billing once you have accepted a proposal and we have agreed the terms of engagement in writing.
What if my requirements change after the quote?: That is quite common. If the scope changes, we will issue a revised proposal with updated fees and timelines before any additional work commences, so there are never any surprises.
